That’s correct, the globally attractive – I mean, renowned – Chef Alex selected me to be his assistant! It’s amazing to think that just a year ago, I was fortunate to secure a position as the official “wiener steamer” for my town’s yearly hot dog eating competition (to be honest, the previous three champions had their hot dogs steamed by me).
